Elizabeth “Liz” Starnes received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Florida State University. She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Maryville University.

Ms. Starnes is a Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with the State of Florida. She assists Dr. Khairallah in Electrophysiology.

Liz provides a warm and welcoming environment for her patients, as listening, educating, and supporting her team and patients are very important. When not at work she enjoys running, cooking, reading, hiking and snowboarding. She is currently learning how to play the harmonica.
